The Charlotte Bobcats will have 28 chances, out of a possible 1,000, in the NBA draft lottery to be held May 20. In the weighted process that determines the first three picks, Miami, with the worst record in the league at 15-67, has 250 chances at a top-3 pick. The best non-playoff team, Golden State at 48-34, has five of 1,000 chances. The Bobcats finished 32-50, eighth-worst in the NBA. …
