A 58 year old Redwood woman is $3 million richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at an Alexandria Bay liquor store. A lottery spokesman tells 7 News that Gail Gray, a mother of four, will receive $150,000 per year for the next 20 years. She is the second north country person in a week to win a $3 million lottery prize
