Elizabeth man accused of trying to scam lottery (Daily Record)
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — An Elizabeth man trying to cash in a scratch-off lottery ticket turned out to be not so lucky. That’s because authorities say the winning ticket was forged. And the man who tried to cash it — 31-year-old Ishak Boutros — faces theft and forgery charges.
