Lottery night: Bulls know drill (Chicago Sun-Times)
This will be the third straight year the Bulls have participated in the NBA’s annual losers convention — the draft lottery — but it’s the first time since 2003 that they’ve actually ‘’earned'’ the invitation by being one of the 14 teams not to make the playoffs.
