Butler man discusses plans for $200,000 lottery winnings (Kingsport Times-News)
BUTLER — The poor economy looks a lot rosier for a small grocery store owner who won $200,000 in the latest Powerball lottery. “I am going to pay some debts, get some bills paid off,” Mike Nave, the proprietor of Elk Mills General Store on U.S. Highway 321, said Wednesday morning.
