Ethics Panel Says Halter Staff Can Talk On Lottery (KTHV Little Rock)
The state ethics commission says Lt. Governor Bill Halter’s office is not required to file reports with the state detailing how much it spends on work related to his proposed amendment creating a lottery — unless it spends more than $500 and expressly advocates for its passage.
