Lottery ticket sold locally pays off $580,275 (New Bern Sun Journal)
A Beaufort County man has won $580,275 on a lottery ticket bought in New Bern. The state lottery said Floyd Stilley of Edward bought the Carolina Cash 5 ticket at the Wilco station on Neuse Boulevard. The drawing was held Aug. 8.
