By Irene Klotz CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., March 9 (Reuters) - NASA on Sunday cleared the space shuttle Endeavour to launch early Tuesday to begin attaching a Japanese laboratory to the International Space Station and install Canadian-built robot arms.
