Local woman wins $1 million Lottery prize (The Pantagraph)
UPDATED 3:40 p.m. BLOOMINGTON — Patricia Norby thought she’d won $1,000 as she scraped the instant lottery game card. But, as more and more zeroes appeared, she realized she’d won $1 million. “I started screaming,” the rural Bloomington resident said.
