Musgrave assumes helm of world’s largest lottery organization (Point Pleasant Register)
POINT PLEASANT — West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave was named president of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), the world’s largest lottery organization representing 51 state and provincial lotteries in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, at its annual conference Sept. 26.
