Lottery to begin sale of ‘Raffle’ tickets (The Providence Journal)
The Rhode Island Lottery says it will announce a new game tomorrow called Million Dollar Raffle, in which 120,000 tickets, each costing $20, will be sold. The tickets will get the buyers a voucher to enter weekly drawings at Twin River for “subsidiary prizes.”
