Briefs Filed In Lawsuit Challenging Lottery Amendment (The Morning News)
LITTLE ROCK - A proposed constitutional amendment to create a state lottery to fund college scholarships should be removed from the November ballot because the wording of the ballot question does not inform voters of the “scope and import” of the amendment, the Family Council Action Committee argued in a brief filed Monday with the state Supreme Court.
