Ark. Supreme Court To Hear Lottery Challenge (KTHV Little Rock)
The Arkansas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Monday in a lawsuit aimed at stopping a state lottery proposal from making the November ballot. The Arkansas Family Council has asked justices to either remove the proposal from the Nov. 4 ballot or not count any votes for the amendment.
