Ark. Lottery Opponents Have Nearly 2-1 Cash Edge (KTHV Little Rock)
Reports filed with the state Ethics Commission show that four groups campaigning against a state-run lottery have nearly twice as much cash in the bank as the committee promoting the lottery amendment.
