Board of Zoning Appeals tables Elks’ lottery request (Parkersburg News and Sentinel)
PARKERSBURG - The Board of Zoning Appeals tabled a request by a local fraternal organization seeking an appeal to operate video lottery machines. The Board of Zoning Appeals met briefly Wednesday night, with just three of its five members present. Just enough for a quorum. At stake was a request by the Parkersburg Elks to operate video lottery machines at its 515 Market St. address.
