‘Blind Lottery’ for Protest Permits Hits Wall (FOX 31 Denver)
DENVER - A blind lottery to win first rights to make full application for use of downtown Denver parks for protests during the Democratic National Convention was cut short Tuesday afternoon when it was discovered that not all of those who had made initial applications were being accurately represented by cards going into the draw.
