Legality Of Passing NC Lottery Headed To High Court (NBC 17 Raleigh)
RALEIGH, N.C.- The state Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that state lawmakers lawfully approved the bill that created North Carolina’s lottery, but the court’s split decision means the issue probably will end up at the state’s highest court.
