Council suspends small-town lottery in Angeles (Sun Star)
ANGELES CITY — Operations of the small-town lottery (STL), the legal alternative to the illegal jueteng numbers game, would soon be stopped in the city with the move of the City Council to revoke the franchise of the Lake Tahoe Gaming and Amusement Corporation (LTGAC), operator of the STL here.
