‘Crazy Charlie’ wins $200K in North Carolina Education Lottery (Asheville Citizen-Times)
“Crazy Charlie” is crazy like a fox. After laying down $40 a week for tickets in the N.C. lottery “ever since it started,” Charles Crouch scored a $200,000 win in the March 22 Powerball drawing.
