Man wins $200,000 in lottery (Missoulian)
Don Kukla of Missoula only bought lottery tickets when the Powerball prize money got up “over $100 million or way up there in the stratosphere.” Now that he’s claimed what was left after taxes from his recently won $200,000 prize, Kukla doesn’t plan to change his game plan.

Vet’s lottery bill becomes law (The Fort Dodge Messenger)
New lottery games that will generate money for veterans’ programs will debut in July, thanks to a plan drafted by state Rep. McKinley Bailey. The proposal from the Webster City Democrat was signed into law Tuesday by Gov. Chet Culver. ‘’I’m just absolutely delighted,’’ Bailey said.
