Columbus- Not so fast. Republicans in the Ohio legislature Tuesday put the brakes on Gov. Ted Strickland’s plan to patch the state budget by putting quick-draw Keno lottery terminals in bars and restaurants.

COLUMBUS — Senate President Bill Harris has asked the state Lottery Commission to withdraw its request to fund a controversial Keno gambling initiative until lawmakers review rules that would cover the lottery expansion.
