Pa. Lottery starts Phillies- and Pirates-themed scratch-off game (Charleston Daily Mail)
MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (AP) — The Pennsylvania Lottery on Thursday started a new basball-themed scratch-off game featuring the Phillies and Pirates. Lottery officials are promoting the game by giving one free ticket to the first 50 adults who attend certain major and minor league games in the state.
