Lottery funding agreed for Mareel (Shetland Today)
THE PROPOSED new cinema and music venue took a step closer to becoming reality with the award of £2.12m of lottery funding. The money is a development grant from the Scottish Arts Council national lottery board, and is seen as a vote of confidence in the flagship project.
