Sophie, a Boston terrier from Lapeer, and Lilly, a silky terrier from Linden, are lucky dogs. And they have the lottery tickets to prove it. The two were selected from more than 2,000 photos submitted by Michigan Lottery players to grace tickets for the Michigan Lottery’s instant game “Lucky Dog.”
