JONESBORO — The Federal Communications Commission has renewed the license of a Jonesboro radio station after a 4-year fight. But the commission imposed a $4,000 fine against Saga Communications of Arkansas, known locally as Triple-FM Radio Group, for illegally advertising a lottery.
