Progress was made on lottery scholarships (The Jackson Sun)
The Tennessee General Assembly reached a compromise on a new standard for maintaining a Tennessee Lottery HOPE college scholarship. The new rule is better than the old one, though it still is unnecessarily complicated. But, compromise is the art of good politics, and we consider the new standard progress.
