Lottery workers get bigger raises than other state workers (The Times and Democrat)
RALEIGH, N.C. - Pay raises for employees at the North Carolina Lottery could be more than double those other state employees will receive, and the Lottery Commission is spending $45,000 for a study to see if the pay for its workers is too low.
