ST. PETERS - A St. Peters man has won a $2.2 million jackpot from a winning Lotto ticket he bought last month, Missouri Lottery officials said today. James Abegg, 50, bought the winning Lotto ticket April 26 at the Deer Run Quick Mart in O’Fallon.
