INDIANAPOLIS — Paul Till of Anderson won $50,000 playing the Hoosier Lottery last week. Till has been playing Lucky 5 for many years, but according to a news release, it paid off last week when he hit all five numbers in the July 12 evening drawing: 5, 10, 16, 21 and 28.
