Stumbo releases video-lottery plan (Louisville Courier-Journal)
State Rep. Greg Stumbo circulated a draft of a bill yesterday that could allow video-lottery terminals at most Kentucky racetracks and use the revenues to eliminate the state’s property tax on vehicles and boats.

Lottery grant gives Nelson a new stadium (Scoop.co.nz)
Thanks to a grant of up to $784,892 from the Lottery Significant Projects Fund, Nelson will soon have a new multi-sport, indoor stadium. The grant was made to the Saxton Field Sports Stadium Society and will fund the completion of the new facility.
