Lottery campaign received $75,000 in July (The Morning News)

LITTLE ROCK — Lt. Gov. Bill Halter’s campaign for a state-run lottery to fund college scholarships raised $75,000 in July, including a $50,000 contribution from financier Warren Stephens and $25,000 from a Little Rock couple whose total contributions to the campaign have now reached $425,000.
