AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - The Texas Lottery Commission paid nearly $100,000 to settle an ex-employee’s lawsuit. Shelton Charles is a former lottyer systems analyst who alleged he was fired for blowing the whistle on problems with a vital computer system.
