Winston-Salem Man Wins $1 Million in Lottery (WGHP Greensboro)
A Winston-Salem man said his knees buckled when he realized he had won $1 million in an instant-win scratch-off lottery game recently. Jeffrey Allen Gilley was presented with a honorary giant check at a ceremony today at the Wilco on Peters Creek Parkway where he bought the $130 Million Blockbuster ticket.
