Winning ticket number 0161034 was purchased in Salem, for a prize of $1 million paid in 20 annual installments. Three other numbers win $20,000 each: 0027938, bought in Richmond. 0144938, bought in Portsmouth. 0202183, bought in Nassawadox.

Otero winners net $2 million for the year from lottery (Alamogordo Daily News)
The New Mexico Lottery sold $2 million in prize-winning lottery tickets in Otero County during the fiscal year ending June 30. The lottery also paid $315,000 in commissions to 44 local retailers for selling lottery games and cashing prize-winning tickets.
