BEDFORD – The Bedford County Arts Council is starting a monthly lottery called One for All. Each month, the amount collected will be equally divided three ways among the winner, the winner’s choice of a nonprofit and the Bedford County Arts Council. CPA Brad Koontz will draw the monthly winners.
